I've worked in the advertising and post-production industry for the last 18 years, between South Africa and the UK. I currently live in Cape Town, and charge based on a local rate, which is very competitive internationally. I understand that budgets are under pressure during the Covid-19 crisis and am happy to negotiate a project cost that works for you.
